I tried making these this weekend. The batter didn’t come out right and the colors were a bit off. But aha oh well I think mine turned out pretty well without having proper piping bags.

I bought this gum yesterday because I wanted something that tasted like artificial watermelons and it was on sale at Safeway for 99 cents.
BUT sadly it only tastes like mint. I feel like I wasted 99 cents. Maybe it’s because I’m congested and can’t taste anything subtle, but still I expected something that was sickenly watermelon. This gum fails in the flavor/naming category.

First off this isn’t a post telling you to go watch a documentary or to donate money.
What is wrong with some people’s attitudes? I’m hearing things like “This has been around for years.” or “People are taking this too seriously.” or “By next week everyone will be off this KONY bandwagon.”
Wait, so you knew about this guy and you didn’t do anything? What about telling people and spreading awareness about this horrible thing? Some people are treating this as if it’s a band that just blew up. No. You know why people are “taking this thing too seriously”? Because it is serious. Why weren’t you doing something about it before? I’m not saying that you have to enlist in the army and personally capture this guy, but why are you trying to downplay this when it’s obvious been brought to attention for a reason?
